Refund & Cancelation Policy

Stocked Furniture

Each item undergoes a thorough inspection before shipment, and we require your signature upon delivery to confirm its receipt. If you discover any defects upon delivery, please contact us immediately. If furniture cannot be delivered due to size limitations or entryway restrictions, it is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend reviewing the dimensions listed on the product page to ensure the furniture will fit into your space.

If any defects are found, we will offer a replacement or refund within 15 days of the item being received back at our warehouse. Once the refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your account within 15 days. For items picked up from your home, refunds will be issued once the merchandise has been returned to our warehouse. Depending on your location, this process may take up to 30 days.


Custom Orders

Many of our furniture pieces are made to order based on your specific requirements. Custom orders begin production immediately upon confirmation and are built to your exact specifications. As a result, these items cannot be canceled, altered, returned, or refunded. We do not offer a ‘change of mind’ return or exchange policy for custom orders.


Personalized Items

Items that have been personalized or monogrammed are considered custom orders and are therefore non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.


Final Sale/Clearance Items

Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
